Introduction:

Sons of Numenor was founded in 2008 as a Kinship on The Lord of the Rings Online's (LOTRO) Landroval server. In 2010 we founded the Numenorian Guard, a dedicated Raiding and Endgame Kinship as a companion group to Sons of Numenor. In 2011 we will launch a counterparts in Star Wars: The Old Republic. As with our founding division, we welcome players of all styles that seek a casual, mature, and highly active community. We especially welcome those who play LOTRO now, or who will do so when it relaunches as a free-to-play game this fall. Membership in SoN comes with reciprocal membership to all of our divisions.

Sons of Numenor does not dwell more on rules than experience has proven wise or necessary. The Guild seeks only to protect the investment of all members by ensuring those joining our ranks represent people of mature character, able to co-exist in a large, casual, diverse group of adults. We believe completing the requirements we set forth will demonstrate you ability to do what is required to get the most from our Guild, contribute by your membership to our community, and bond quickly to your fellow members. You will not walk the path to membership alone. Our philosphy is founded in the success we have enjoyed since 2008 while playing The Lord of the Rings Online. We seek to expand our community to Star Wars: The Old Republic.
