Work and family come before LOTRO, but I love the game and play regularly, often daily for long stretches. I was a member of a raid team in a large kin on another server and enjoyed that a lot, however I had to leave the game for while due to non-LOTRO related reasons. I thought I would try Landroval for some light roleplaying and raiding. I used to play heavy armor types, now I am trying out squisher characters, starting with Sicarph, a wandering scholar and lore master from Gondor.

What drew me to you? A number of things really. I liked that the kin name fit the background of my current main toon. Not that I am a humanocentric, previously I played Dwarves almost exclusively. When I played previously I was a member of the Runic Knights on Brandywine, and I enjoyed the diversity that a large kin has in terms of players and activities and oppotunities to interact with people. Your kin has a good reputation and was recommended to me more than others, although Order of Middle Earth was a close second. Those things are the things that draw me to Sons of Numenor. Sorry for the delay in ansering but work has been kicking my backside the last few days and i have to work much later than usual. Anyways thanks for asking.

Greetings and welcome to Sons of Numenor. If you haven't already, please contact any officer in-game and we will get you setup as a member.

Remember that we have uniforms for members to wear optionally, and not as optionally at major events.

We gather weekly, but optionally, for a Trivia contest and mounted patrol. This is held on Sunday, typically at 9:45 through 10:30, feel free to join us.

Take a swing at posting a "get to know me" event on our calendar. Nothing big, and it can actually piggy-back onto any of our events. Just a way to show you how to use the calendar, and to help members meet you.

We have several in-game chat rooms. SoN.NG, SoN.RP, and SoN.Raiders. We use them to break-up Kinship chat into more workable channels. And we communicate with the Numenorian Guard, a companion Kinship we have.

Numenorian Guard is a group of SoN members who focus on raiding and endgame, they invite us to events often. Our member can have characters in both Kinships at any time. They are basically just a different wing of the same Kinship.
