The final checks are done, and the new Sons of Numenor blog system is live!  You can find it under Member Blogs and are encouraged to have fun with the system.  It replaces a much more cumbersome system which was identical to the WordPress MU system at my.LOTRO.com.

While spending some time on the white beaches of Evendim, ah could not help but think it a perfect location for our next fishing venture.  Ah took the opportunity to suggest this to Gil Symes, the boat fellow, and he offered use of his dock.  However, word of this reached Calenglad the Ranger, and he suggested that if ah had the cheek to run a leisure activity while so many around us were preparing for battle, ah might as well do it in an out-of-the-way place.

That being said, ah look forward to fishing with you on 24 September INSIDE Tinnudir Keep.  Yes, they keep a stocked pond in there.  It seems even Rangers unbend for a little relaxation from time to time.

Fishing will last as long as anyone wishes, as usual. Come along for fellowship, ales, and tall fishing tales.

Tuesday, at 10 p.m. Sons of Numenor will join with members of Numenorian Guard, to raid the Enttenmoors!

No experienced required, level 40 is the minimum, but level 60 or better are desired.  We will assemble outside of the zone, map into it as a group, and hit a few places very fast, and very hard.  As is the norm, we'll get wiped out several times.  However it is all in harmless (no damage registers in the Moors) fun, and designed to help show our colors and see part of the game best enjoyed as a group!

After Tuesday, SoN and NG will be having occasional "flash mob" attacks into and out of the Moors.  These will be quick, 20 minute raids, designed to create a bit of chaos among the monster players in the zone.  No set times, just quick random mapping into the zone, hitting of one target, and for better or worse, we bail-out!  Consider coming with us now and then!  It may not be your thing, there is no obligation, but it can be a strange kind of fun!
